Dear Parents/Guardians,

I am pleased to take this opportunity to meet you and welcome your child to my homeroom, reading, and math class. I will be your child’s teacher this year. My name is Ms.Trujillo-Hamel. I have been a teacher for over twenty five years. I am very excited to spend this school year with your child. I will only have your child for a brief time, but I want to provide an educational experience that will have a positive impact on your child’s life.

A good learning experience is built on a cooperative effort between parent, child, and teacher. My expectations for conduct and standards for academic growth are high. With your participation in and out of the classroom we can look forward to a productive, creative, and fun year together!
Again, Welcome! Please feel free to contact me if there are any concerns. Our school phone is 872-1700.
