It is hard to imagine that we are entering into our fourth quarter of school. It seems just like yesterday that we were trying to figure out how this was going to work and how long we would remain open for in person learning. It always amazes me that even though change is hard, it is possible and people adapt and rise to the occasion when the cause is worthy of the challenge. Again, I would like to thank our wonderful staff and students and each of you here at Harrison for all of the hard work so far this school year. We would not be where we are at right now without your flexibility and support. Here are just a few things as we enter into the 4th quarter.
We will be having in person parent teacher conferences! These will be on the 10th and 11th of March from 4:00-8:00. You should have received an invitation for a time slot to come and visit with your child’s teacher. We hope to see each of you as these meetings are extremely important in communicating where students are in relation to standards that have been taught, as well as to touch base on how your child is doing socially and emotionally.
Please continue to send students to school dressed and prepared for the weather. Even though we may start to see some warm days, we live in the great State of Wyoming and we all know that the weather can change quickly. As we get closer to the end of the school year, we have begun planning our end of the year activities. As of right now, we plan on ending our school year with the same activities that we have in the past such as dodgeball, field trips, field day, and our splash party. As we get closer to these dates we will keep you informed on what we have planned.
Thank you again for your continued efforts and support!
